A simple 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a big yard with lots of room for renovations. This home is in a safe neighborhood, in the same street as the local police station, and surrounded by shops, a mall like complex, both primary and high schools, all of in a short walking distance. The place needs a slight paint job, but I am willing to negotiate.
